Summary:
DEI BioPharma Ltd., a state-of-the-art Drugs and Vaccines Manufacturing company has successfully completed the first phase of its development project. This phase includes fully equipped facilities for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing, Neutraceuticals, Medical Devices, and mRNA Vaccine production. As we now transition into the operational phase, we are seeking suitable and qualified candidates to help operationalize these newly established facilities. We are seeking a Head of Quality Assurance for our Vaccine Manufacturing Division. The successful candidate will lead vaccine QA systems, ensuring regulatory and GMP compliance across clinical and commercial batches. This includes live attenuated, recombinant, and inactivated vaccine platforms.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement QA systems tailored to vaccine product types and platforms.
2. Provide batch release authorization after comprehensive review of batch records and supporting data.
3. Lead quality oversight during technology transfer, clinical manufacturing and process validation.
4. Coordinate GMP readiness for WHO prequalification, EMA, and other regulatory inspections.
5. Build and manage a team of vaccine QA professionals and set department KPIs.
6. Interface with manufacturing, QC, RA, and R&D for integrated quality oversight.
7. Lead investigations and CAPA implementation for deviations and audit findings.

Qualifications and Experience:

• PhD in Life Sciences, Biopharma, or Vaccine Science (Master’s with 15+ years’ experience may be accepted).
• At least 12 years’ experience in QA for vaccines or biologics, with 5 years in a leadership position.
• Strong understanding of regulatory pathways for vaccines (WHO PQ, EMA, FDA).
